How do I place an order?

Browse our products, click "Buy Now" on any item, and you'll be directed to our secure checkout. You can pay with any major credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets through our secure payment processor.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and never store your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take an additional 3-5 business days for creation before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is based on location. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50!

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Product Care & Use

Are your cups and jars dishwasher safe?

No, Unfortunately our products are not dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the design and maintain the vibrant colors.

Can I microwave them?

No do not microwave also please dont soak for long periods

How do I care for my handcrafted items?

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water for best results. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. Allow wooden lids to air dry completely before storing. With proper care, your items will last for years!

Can I request a custom design?

We focus on our curated collection of handcrafted spice jars. For special requests, please contact us at Stickandsipdesigns@gmail.com to discuss options.

What sizes do the jars come in?

They can hold up to 3oz depending on spice

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of the glass and design we will not be offering any returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully package everything, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.

Can I exchange for a different design?

Yes! Contact us within 14 days of delivery. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and we'll send your new item once we receive the original (unused and in perfect condition).

What materials are they made from?

All materials are BPA-free and eco-friendly.

Do the designs fade or peel?

Not with proper care! We use professional-grade, permanent application methods. Your designs will stay vibrant through hundreds of uses and washes. We stand behind our quality!

Do you have a physical store?

Can I pick up my order locally?

Local pickup may be available depending on your location. Contact us to inquire and we'll let you know if it's possible for your order!
